At the same time, pedagogical action is that special one that expresses both the universal and all wealth separately. The pedagogical action of the teacher first appears in the form of a cognitive task. The cognitive task, being solved psychologically, then passes into the form of a practical transformational act. To solve the tasks set at the beginning of each academic year, a long-term plan of work with parents is drawn up. At the beginning of the school year, I hold meetings where I acquaint parents with the tasks of raising and educating children for the coming school year.

I propagate pedagogical knowledge through a system of visual agitation, draw up “corners for parents”, make a selection of methodological recommendations compiled by educators, a music director and a medical worker.

During the school year I organize exhibitions of joint creativity of children and parents:

Parents are happy to participate in such forms of work that are already becoming traditional and arouse great interest in children and the desire of parents to engage in fine arts with their children.

It is impossible to achieve good results without having like-minded people, a system of interaction is needed for everyone who comes into contact with children. My relationships with colleagues are good. I work with interesting creative people, like-minded people, open to the progressive, the new. Sometimes we have to solve difficult tasks, and in order to solve them quickly and efficiently, we are used to working “in the same team”, helping each other. My colleagues love their work, treat it honestly. For which I respect and appreciate them. I think they pay me the same.

A good teacher is constantly working to improve his level of competence. Every five years I take a refresher course.

The level of skill grows imperceptibly. The secret is in the constant search, development. Children are not allowed to stand still. In order to work productively, I tirelessly work on my self-education, keep track of new methodological literature, master new pedagogical technologies. In addition, I try to keep abreast of modern pedagogy, follow the latest in fiction and psychology, visit art exhibitions, and communicate with interesting people. All this does not allow me to stand still.

In my work, there are often difficulties that need to be overcome.

A large amount of paperwork that needs to be processed, which was not the case until recently. Less and less time is left for direct work with children.

Unfortunately, not all parents understand how important it is to act purposefully and systematically, because together we form a developing speech environment in which children grow up. Sometimes you have to deal with the indifference of parents. Despite what has been done, I am aware of how much remains to be done to improve the educational process. In the future, I plan to carry out work in this direction with the solution of the following tasks:

Increasing your competence in matters of an individually - differentiated approach to the development, upbringing and education of children

Creating conditions for ensuring the mental and physical well-being of children

Close contact with parents on the issues of patriotic education of children

In conclusion, I want to say that the future depends on what knowledge and skills I bring to the children's team every day, whether I put sparks of curiosity, kindness and justice in children's hearts.
