The concept of pedagogical action expresses something common that is inherent in all forms of pedagogical activity (lessons, excursions, conversations, etc.), but is not limited to any of them. At the same time, pedagogical action is that special one that expresses both the universal and all wealth separately. The pedagogical action of the teacher first appears in the form of a cognitive task. The cognitive task, being solved psychologically, then passes into the form of a practical transformational act. Considering that at this time children are oversaturated with information, it is necessary that the learning process be interesting, entertaining, and developing for them. My relationships with colleagues are good. I work with interesting creative people, like-minded people, open to the progressive, the new. Sometimes we have to solve difficult tasks, and in order to solve them quickly and efficiently, we are used to working “in the same team”, helping each other. My colleagues love their work, treat it honestly. For which I respect and appreciate them. I think they pay me the same.

A good teacher is constantly working to improve his level of competence. Every five years I take a refresher course.

The level of skill grows imperceptibly. The secret is in the constant search, development. Children are not allowed to stand still. In order to work productively, I tirelessly work on my self-education, keep track of new methodological literature, master new pedagogical technologies. In addition, I try to keep abreast of modern pedagogy, follow the latest in fiction and psychology, visit art exhibitions, and communicate with interesting people. All this does not allow me to stand still.

In my work, there are often difficulties that need to be overcome.

A large amount of paperwork that needs to be processed, which was not the case until recently. Less and less time is left for direct work with children.

Unfortunately, not all parents understand how important it is to act purposefully and systematically, because together we form a developing speech environment in which children grow up. Sometimes you have to deal with the indifference of parents. Despite what has been done, I am aware of how much remains to be done to improve the educational process. In the future, I plan to carry out work in this direction with the solution of the following tasks:

    Increasing your competence in matters of an individually - differentiated approach to the development, upbringing and education of children

    Creating conditions for ensuring the mental and physical well-being of children

    Close contact with parents on the issues of patriotic education of children
