  • Raise first one and then the other hand up and wave it from side to side. Do not forget about proper breathing and the speed of exercise. You should feel your muscles stretch.
  • Next, we connect our hands into a lock and begin to stretch them forward, then we lift them up and close the lock, putting our hands behind our backs.
