Light moisturizer with SPF. Sunscreen: what are SPF and PA, what to look for when choosing a sunscreen

We talked in detail about solar radiation, UVA and UVB rays and what SPF is in the post Sun protection. In continuation of the topic of the sun, a small post about SPF for the face.

Facial skin requires special care. In this post, we will talk about which SPF to choose for the face, the features and components of a day cream with SPF, and whether it is worth bothering with SPF in color cosmetics.

Creams with SPF

Sunscreen cosmetic products can be divided into daily and active. Also, face creams with SPF can be divided into 2 categories:

  • daily care cream (moisturizing, matting, nourishing, etc.);
  • intensive protective cream for the sea, mountains and cottages.

Daily care cream with SPF is a day cream.

We do not need SPF (especially chemical filters) in a night cream. Despite this, sunscreens such as titanium dioxide can also be found in night creams. But in this case, it acts as a technical additive, and not as a UV fighter.

Professional face creams usually contain SPF. The optimal SPF value in a daily face cream is from 15 to 30. A face cream must necessarily provide protection from both types of rays - both UVA and UVB.

The higher the SPF, the thicker and fatter the cream becomes.

Cream with SPF 15 can be light and delicate in texture, but SPF 30 will already be quite dense and thick.

If you're looking for a lightweight texture, look no further than Asian sunscreens. The choice of Asian creams with SPF is large, with large quantity cream-gel textures and high protection factors.

During pregnancy, lactation, adolescence, with any hormonal changes in the body, as well as with a tendency or the presence of pigmentation, during and after a course of chemical peels, choose a higher SPF - from 30.

A competent face cream, in addition to the proper level of SPF, will contain active moisturizing, soothing, nourishing ingredients and, of course, antioxidants. Here they are especially important.

For specific sunscreens, look for avobenzone (avobenzone, Parsol 1789) in combination with octocrylene, mexoryl (ecamsule), and zinc oxide. These are the most “elegant” in terms of cream texture and interaction with make-up, long-acting “broad spectrum” filters (protecting both UVA and UVB rays) used in day creams.

Do I need a separate SPF for the face in the city

In the "urban jungle" the skin does not suffer from sun exposure as much as, say, at sea or in the mountains. Moreover, in the city we still spend most of the time indoors, and not outdoors.

Therefore, in the city, especially in office work, it is quite possible to get by with a daily caring cream with SPF and decorative cosmetics with SPF. If you don't have a tendency to pigmentation, a separate high SPF facial sunscreen is not a must.

Depending on the type and characteristics of the skin, the presence of a make-up and personal preferences, you can combine products in different ways. For example:

  • day cream with SPF 30 + decorative cosmetics without SPF;
  • day cream with SPF 15 + decorative cosmetics with SPF 30;
  • day cream without SPF + separate SPF + make-up.

Do I need a separate SPF for a person on vacation

Facial skin is thinner, softer and more sensitive than body skin. Accordingly, it is more susceptible to ultraviolet radiation - burns and premature aging. In the open air, especially at sea and in the mountains, the skin of the face suffers first, because it is on the face that most sun rays.

Therefore, a day cream with SPF 10-15 (urban version) will not be enough here and a separate sunscreen for the face with a high SPF is absolutely necessary. Opt for an intense sunscreen with SPF 30+ and "broad spectrum" filters. The best option- a combination of physical, chemical and natural filters. It is very good if the cream is enriched with aloe, panthenol and allantoin - they will quickly soothe and moisturize the skin after the sun.

In addition, the "beach" version must be waterproof. For this, polymers, acrylates and waterproof silicones are included in the composition. For a daily cream, this is a “heavy artillery” that does not need it. It creates an excess film and stickiness under the make-up, and, in addition, increases the chances of the cream to clog pores.

Do I need to separate SPF for face and body?

A body sunscreen with an SPF will generally be thicker and oilier than a face cream. Face creams tend to be more delicate, gentler and more airy. But if your protective body cream is lucky with the composition and consistency, and your skin does not suffer from special “problems”, sensitivity and a tendency to clog pores, nothing prevents you from applying it to your face. In this case, you can not separate the funds for the face and body, but get by with one competent jar.

How to properly apply SPF on your face

A good protective cream with a rich composition can be safely applied to the face instead of the usual day cream after washing and toning. But not all creams with SPF are equally comfortable and not every skin is suitable for this option.

If you “dress” both a day cream (serum) and a separate cream with SPF, first apply a day cream (moisturizing, nourishing, matting) and after 10-15 minutes - a cream with SPF. It is very important to allow the day cream to fully absorb before applying the SPF. They must not react with each other. Day cream ingredients, especially oils, will dilute the SPF and reduce protection.

If you are using any therapeutic agents(e.g. anti-acne), apply under your day cream.

Almost all UV filters are fat soluble. This makes them water and sweat resistant and means that water alone will not completely wipe them off your face. Use makeup remover milk, cleansing oil, or waterproof makeup remover. Then wash as usual with water and your cleanser.

Decorative cosmetics with SPF

The topic of makeup with SPF and how it goes with cream is surrounded by a lot of myths and inaccuracies. In decorative cosmetics, both chemical and physical filters are used.

The main question that confuses many is - do the SPF values in creams and decorative products add up? The answer is no. SPF indices are never summed up - neither in day creams, nor in sunscreens, nor in decorative cosmetics. The largest one always works. Regardless of the location - the top layer on the face or the bottom.

Cosmetics do not lower or increase in any way SPF creams. That is, a layer of tonal or powder does not block the action of the SPF protection in the cream, it does not go anywhere and continues to work.

Nuance. If you are applying very liquid foundation to water based or a tinted liquid moisturizer (again water-based) on top of the SPF, they can dilute it and reduce protection (especially if you didn't let the SPF fully absorb). Give preference to standard cream foundation, cream powders, sticks, compact and loose powders.

But not everything is so simple. The trick with decorative cosmetics is that it is applied to the skin many times less than during tests in the laboratory when determining the SPF index. This means that to get the SPF 30 protection level stated on a can of foundation or powder, you need to apply 7 times more tone and 14 (!) times more powder than is used in a regular normal make-up. And “loose” will need even more - it gives a very light coating. Nobody does it. It is incompatible with life. And the foundation can “float away” during the day, especially on oily skin in the heat, and the powder partially crumbles.

Does this mean that makeup with SPF is useless? Not at all. But you can't rely solely on it. One decorative cosmetics for full protection from the sun is not enough.

In addition, since much less product is applied to the skin, you will never know the exact protection factor. Instead of the advertised SPF 30, you might end up with 15, 7, or just 2.

Benefits of makeup with SPF

As we wrote in detail in a previous post, sun filters (both chemical and physical) gradually “wear out”. But you can't reapply a day cream endlessly. But to fix the make-up - yes, especially the powder. This way you update the SPF and add a little bit of protection each time.

You need to apply the tone on the SPF with light movements, not rubbing into the skin, but distributing it in an even layer. It is important.

It is definitely not worth giving up decorative cosmetics with SPF. In any case, it is beneficial and adds a certain percentage of additional protection. But there is no point in “bothering” with the fact that in all your decorative cosmetics there must be SPF, and more.

For maximum protection during the day in the city, apply a good day cream with SPF 15-30. Or separately - day without SPF + sun protection SPF 15-30 on top. Use decorative cosmetics with SPF 8-30 and do not forget to renew your make-up every 2-3 hours. To do this, it is enough to powder a little.

If you are prone to pigmentation or a happy red-haired owner of porcelain skin, then a combination of creams and decorative products with high SPF is a must.

Summarize

All face creams with SPF can be divided into city and beach creams. For the city, as a rule, SPF 15 is enough. For the beach - from 30. Beach cream must be waterproof, urban - no.

Any face cream with SPF must include "broad spectrum" filters - that is, provide protection from both types of rays - both UVA and UVB.

Body cream with SPF can be applied to the face, provided it has a suitable composition (minimum irritating components) and consistency (not too oily and thick). If your skin is problematic, sensitive and prone to clogging pores, it is better to choose a separate face cream.

SPF in creams and decorative cosmetics is not cumulative. The largest is valid regardless of the layer. Only decorations for full protection are not enough. The best option for maximum protection is a cream with SPF 15-30 + decorative products with SPF 8-30, updated every 2-3 hours.

Day and night creams for every day, fluids with SPF and make-up bases for the hottest summer. BeautyHack editors on their favorite everyday sunscreen.

Day fluid with lifting effect Resveratrol SPF 20, Caudalie

Tested by BeautyHack editor Natalia Kapitsa

I was lucky with the skin on one point - at 32 there is not a single pronounced wrinkle on my face (thanks, sebaceous glands for working for the benefit of my youth). But when it comes to Caudalie, I'm ready to test products even marked 100+ - I've loved this brand for a long time.

The Caudalie Resveratrol lifting fluid ended up in my makeup bag because of the SPF filter: despite the dark skin phototype, my nose turns red in the sun. “Oh, what bliss, to know that I am perfect,” - this is how I can characterize this fluid in one phrase. Everything is perfect in it: from the consistency and smell to the composition. Among the ingredients found an extract vine(signature from Caudalie), a complex of hyaluronic acids and a few more skin "buddies" with whom you can and should make friends in the summer.

Caudalie Resveratrol is easy to apply and economical to use - the consistency is quite thick. BB-cream lays down perfectly on top - the fluid can replace the base for makeup not only in summer, but also in winter.

Price: 3300 rubles.

Protective face cream with oligoelements and SPF-30, Anne Semonin

Tested by BeautyHack Editor-in-Chief Karina Andreeva

The Anne Semonin brand was founded in 1985 and bears the name of its creator, the Frenchwoman Anne Semonin. Princess of Monaco Grace Kelly herself turned to her for miracle bottles. And Ann herself was her personal beautician. Anne Semonin products can be mixed together to create the perfect recipe for your skin. That is, when adding a couple of drops of serum to a mask, tonic or cream, for example, you can get the perfect effect. The first and main plus of this cream is that despite the rather high protection factor, it is easily distributed and does not leave a white coating. The texture is nutritious, slightly “fatty” - it will appeal to those who like the cream on their face to be felt, but not cause discomfort. The second plus is that it is friendly with other care products. I used it over another brand of serum, but there were no pills or other unpleasant sensations.

A convenient bottle with a dispenser and the absence of a characteristic smell are also among the advantages. Well, the formula itself - most importantly - is very comfortable: I didn’t have a feeling of heaviness, or a feeling of a dense film, with which SPF products often sin.

Price: 9563 rubles.

Moisturizing care cream Sisu, Lumene

Since Lumene went through a rebrand, I've been hanging around the drug booths more and more. Firstly, the neat design captivates, and secondly, the absence of failed products.

Sisu was originally invented for the city (the second name is “city antidote”), but after testing the remedy in May, I realized that I would take it on vacation as well. Because this is a two-in-one cream: you can apply it in the morning and in the evening (which, you see, saves space). And it also has the lightest texture, something between mousse and jelly - a guarantee that the cream does not lay down with a film and moisturizes great!

Price: 2380 rubles.

Sunscreen Protect Crème SPF 50+, A-Derma

Tested smm-managerbeauty hackAlexandra Grishina

The tool was released into the big voyage after seven years of research on the Barriestolide complex, derived from oat seed oil. Its main task is to protect sensitive skin from damage by ultraviolet rays. In general, Protect is a line of sunscreens for skin with different needs: fragility, atonicity, acne - take your pick!

This cream is designed for dry and normal skin. I advise you to apply a dense layer before each sun exposure, both in the city and on the beach. I also use it to protect the skin on my knees when I'm resting - it's usually darker after sunbathing.

Price: 1077 rubles.

Makeup base with SPF factor Urban Defense Complexion Primer, Urban Decay

In my opinion, a primer with SPF is a real "spy find". Firstly, you don’t need to apply additional protection to your face (and in hot weather, you still can’t do without a primer if you don’t want your eye makeup to end up in the chin area). Secondly, the primer really cares for the skin of the face, smoothing it and making it velvety to the touch.

I wear it even if I don't use foundation. After moisturizing, I evenly distribute the gel texture of the primer with my fingertips, and in a few minutes I'm ready to leave the house! The skin becomes even and smooth, the sun's rays will not be able to harm it (the product has a moderate protection factor of 30, that is, it is loose in texture, but it also protects perfectly!).

Makeup also lasts until the end of the day, and the skin does not become dry - it contains sesame oil, squalane and tomato extract.

Price: 2 990 rub.

Protective face fluid SPF 30 Daily Light Guard SPF 30, Aveda

Tested by BeautyHack editor Daria Sizova

This tool in a compact package with the first rays of the sun replaced my day cream. My skin is prone to pigmentation, so I don’t leave the house without protection (ultraviolet rays are no less active in the city than at the sea or by the pool on vacation). There is nothing wrong with this fluid - it provides excellent protection thanks to mineral filters and protective antioxidants.

The fluid has an unusual, rather dense texture, but it is quickly absorbed and easily distributed over the skin, without leaving a sticky film or tightness on the face. Bonus - it works great as a make-up base: the foundation went on evenly, and the makeup lasted on the face until the end of the day. In those days when I managed only with this fluid and concealer, I noticed a light, natural glow on my face - a great addition to summer makeup.

Price: 3 900 rubles.

Face cream moisturizing and protecting SPF 50 Taiga, Natura Siberica

Tested by BeautyHack smm manager Alexandra Grishina

The older I get, the more I understand the importance of a high SPF factor. For the face I always choose 50 - my skin is prone to pigmentation. Well, I am sometimes prone to extremes - go to the sea at noon or neglect the cream with SPF in the city. I do not advise you to do so!

Taiga Moisturizing Cream was created specifically for gentle care and reliable protection from the sun, wind and bad weather. The composition contains Baikal skullcap, Siberian ginseng, Rhodiola rosea, which nourish and protect the skin from drying out in the sun, making it soft and radiant.

In a good way, the product will work even in bad weather: protect from cold, wind and, in general, from bad weather (of course, I don’t recommend it to you for the Moscow winter, but grab it for a vacation in the mountains). Suitable for all skin types and ages. I apply cream immediately after cleansing and toning. I was pleasantly surprised that it is convenient to apply foundation on top of it - it does not float and does not roll down.

Facial Moisturizing Lotion, CeraVe

Tested by BeautyHack editor Julia Kozoliy

Came across a brand based on a recommendation. CeraVe is a reminder not to underestimate the mass market. The lotion is very reminiscent of light cream, which moisturizes, evens out the tone and, in principle, at any time of the year will be an excellent base for foundation or even BB cream. I will take it with me on vacation to moisturize the skin before a light evening make-up. Among the components of the lotion there are ceramides, which are responsible for the integrity of the lipid barrier of the skin. This, by the way, main feature brands: in the composition of all products - a complex of three important ceramides.

Price: 1130 rubles.

Cream Ideal soleil SPF 50 with thermal water, Vichy

Everyone knows that the sun's rays contribute to the production of beneficial vitamin D, but also accelerate the aging process of the skin. I take care of my skin from a young age, and without an SPF product in the summer I don’t go out even in the city. Vichy will advise "snow whites" who quickly burn out or are afraid to sunbathe in principle. The cream is thick, oily, so it is better to use it in emergency cases. Absorbs for 15 minutes! I used the product for a month and noticed an important effect - the skin becomes elastic and as if “filled”. Plus, you'll love it: it comes with thermal water that will refresh and hydrate your skin throughout the day.

Price: 1 242 rubles.

Light moisturizing cream-gel "Protection against photoaging" SPF 15, Kora

Tested by editorial assistant Karina Ilyasova

Light moisturizing cream with a low degree of protection I use in spring and summer on not hot days. The composition is rich: shea butter, soybean, sunflower, hawthorn, sage, folic and hyaluronic acids and thermal water. The texture of the product is very light, quickly absorbed and easily distributed - just right for the summer. After application, the skin is velvety. Cream-gel does not argue with daytime moisturizer, I apply directly on top of it, without fear of getting oil on my skin!

Price: 455 rubles.

Protect AD Cream very high protection, A-Derma

Tested by editorial assistant Karina Ilyasova

Sunscreens from the French brand A-Derma are a classic and a salvation for those who do not want to understand hundreds of products and their effect on the skin in the city, on vacation or in the mountains. The brand specializes in sunscreens, each of which is dermatologically tested. Firstly, it has a high level of SPF - 50 (suitable for both recreation and the city). Secondly, its texture is very light, delicate, absorbed almost instantly. Thirdly, it is universal: it can be applied not only to the body, but also to the face. And the abbreviation AD is a sign that the product was created for atopics (the skin barrier strengthens and protects Realba oat oil, which is grown in France). Just remember to reapply the cream every two hours on vacation!

Price: 1,169 rubles.

Protective Daily Moisturizer SPF50 Mattifying, Ultraceuticals

Tested by BeautyHack smm manager Alexandra Grishina:

Girls with oily skin type - this is a godsend for you! Comfortable texture without an unpleasant sticky layer, economical consumption, large bottle volume (100 ml). Of the minuses - perhaps the price, but the tool is worth every ruble, believe me!

The cream has an average, but necessary protection for the city SPF 30. As the owner of very oily skin, I can not get enough of its durability and velvety finish without shine.

As part of the cream, panthenol, familiar to sunscreen, hyaluronic acid, shea butter and niacinamide. The latter, by the way, is an active component for cellular renewal of the skin. Niacinamide improves skin elasticity and creates a barrier function, brightening age spots.

I use the cream every day. I apply after cleansing and toning. It is best to use it 15-20 minutes before sun exposure.

Price: 5000 rubles.

Sunscreen Crema Solare Sun Screen SPF 20, Santa Maria Novella

Tested by BeautyHack senior editor Anastasia Speranskaya

In a white jar, which seems to have just been taken from a shelf in an old pharmacy, there is a liquid sunscreen with a magical aroma. Anyone who has used Santa Maria Novella products at least once will understand me: the delicate smell of freshly cut flowers in the garden turns into a pleasant plume on the skin.

The cream is of medium degree of protection, so it will ideally fit into urban everyday life - I apply it in the morning before doing makeup. Thanks to its non-greasy and non-sticky texture, the product perfectly acts as a primer - the skin becomes moisturized and smooth, and the tonal foundation goes on like clockwork (despite the fact that the cream is intended primarily for the body). There are also no hateful white traces - this will especially please swarthy girls and those who have already managed to tan a little.

Price: 3 440 rubles.

Face cream Anthelios XL Ultra SPF 50, La Roche-Posay

Tested by BeautyHack editor Julia Kozoliy

Surprisingly light in consistency for such a degree of protection! Convenient bottle with a dispenser: the cream is convenient to apply on the beach, while walking around the city or on an excursion - there is no feeling of film and white marks. Another plus is that it is suitable for sensitive skin around the eyes. I just apply it all over my face, décolleté, neck and even my hands.

Like most La Roche-Posay products, the cream is fragrance-free. It protects against UVA and UVB rays, which is very important, because in addition to vitamin D, we get activation of the skin aging processes from them.

Price: 1410 rubles.

In this article I will tell you what should not be in sunscreen, what to be wary of, and what creams you can use without even reading the composition. I will reveal the secret of how else you can protect your face except sunscreens.

And at the end of the article I give you a list of dangerous UV filters to avoid in sunscreen cosmetics.

What should not be in sunscreen?

First, this critical chemical UV filters. Why exactly them? BUND has long blamed some UV filters for their estrogenic effects. This means that such filters, when they enter the body, act as a hormone in it. This negatively affects the hormonal background of a person, his reproductive system.

Hormonally active ingredients include not only UV filters, but also some preservatives, dyes, etc. I wrote about this in an article.

And here is a very recent study by Niels Skakkeback ( Niels Erik Skakkebaek) proved that some UV filters do have a negative effect on hormonal levels and human reproduction.

Niels Skakkeback has been involved in spermatozoa for 40 years of his life. Studying them. More precisely, studies why they do not work.
He devoted his entire life to male infertility and wrote more than 500 articles on the subject.

In his latest work, he investigated substances that have long been suspected of hormonal effects on the body: 29 UV filters allowed in sunscreens. 13 of them (45%) have a negative impact on spermatozoa and their vital activity.
The spermatozoa floated in the liquid, which made them behave like they do in the fallopian tubes.

As a result:

  • 13 filters interfere with the perception of calcium in spermatozoa;
  • The 9 filters trigger an action in the spermatozoa, which is actually triggered at the moment when the spermatozoon begins to interact with the female hormone progesterone.

I'm ahead of your question: yes, UV filters enter the body. They were found in urine and blood plasma.

What UV filters are hormonally active, you can find out, which I have prepared for you.

Secondly, mineral oil and its derivatives. They clog the pores of the skin, preventing it from sweating, especially in the sun.

Thirdly, silicones. This is also a useless ingredient that is only used to make the product have a better consistency, spread better on the skin and give a pleasant velvety feeling. Although in fact it is the same film as mineral oil. Well, maybe a little lighter and not as comedogenic.

Fourth, critical preservatives (Phenoxyethanol, BHT, Parabens, Methylisothiazolinone (MIT), Methylchloroisothiazolinone (CMIT)). They can be carcinogenic, allergenic, mutagenic.

  • In creams Antipodes and 100% pure there are no critical ingredients. It contains only physical safe UV filters. Rated EXCELLENT.
  • In sunscreen for face Andalou Naturals changed the composition and added dangerous chemical UV filters (((Assessment SATISFACTORILY. Creams get the same rating from me. La Mer and Avene for the content of critical UV filters, copolymers, preservatives.
  • Here are the creams Ahava, Clinique, Clarins and Kiehl's receive UNSATISFACTORY for the high content of critical ingredients.

  1. Pay attention to eco-labels. In such products, there are not only chemical UV filters, but also other critical substances.
  2. Use SPF creams wisely. If you spend three and a half minutes outdoors under UV rays, then you don't need UV protection cream 24 hours a day, all year round. I generally use such creams only on vacation.
  3. Use mineral powder for your face, it will always contain SPF. Some more, some less. For example, in mineral powder Era Minerals SPF over 30. In addition, face powder can be renewed throughout the day much easier. And mineral powder is just a godsend for people with oily problematic skin.

What do you use in summer? Do you use SPF every day?

Good day, Mikrushanochki! Ahead of summer and the time of sunny days, walks under the bright sun and tanned legs. But so that the skin does not “take offense” at you, does not upset you with peeling and extra wrinkles, do not forget to take care of it! And today we will talk about Sun Screen products - protective face and body creams with SPF factors.

Doses of ultraviolet radiation accumulate in the body throughout life. Severe burns are especially dangerous when the skin becomes blistered and peels off. The body will remember every peel and will remember you in 10-15 years. Therefore, it is important to use cosmetics with SPF filters.

To protect the skin and make it safe, first, let's figure out what kind of creams there are in general - if we say in a very simple language that SPF products can be divided into sunscreens and sunscreens. They will differ in the degree of protection SPF from 4 to 50.

Sun Protection Factor is an indicator that determines how well the cream is able to protect the skin from sunburn. The higher the SPF, the better the protection.

  • An SPF of 2 to 10 provides a basic level of protection.
  • SPF from 15 to 25 gives an average level of protection.
  • SPF from 30 to 100 gives a high level of protection.

These numbers do not mean the degree of UV absorption, but rather an index that shows how long you can stay in the sun under the protection of this cream. So, for example, SPF 15 absorbs 93.3 percent of UVB rays, but SPF 30 absorbs 96.7 percent. The index doubled, but the absorption rate increased by only 3.4 percent.

To find out the safe time to stay in the sun before turning red, you need to multiply it by the SPF number. For example, if it is 10 minutes, then multiply by SPF 15, we get 150 minutes, that is, 2.5 hours. After 2.5 hours, you need to smear this cream again.

Worth knowing: the higher the protection factor, the denser and fatter the texture of the cream will be.

And most importantly, the degree of protection does not add up, that is, if you have a base face cream with SPF 15 and you use SPF 20 on top, then the total protection will be SPF 20.

Protective cream should absolutely always be applied to exposed parts of the body with tattoos so that they do not lose color.

I talk so much about the need to use sunscreen that let's talk about our preferences in brands and brands.

SPF in basic cosmetics

For the city and a short stay in the sun, my Artistry basic care is enough for me - both lotion and foundation contain SPF 15, which is enough for me to get to the meeting. At the same time, I get a complete facial treatment and a delicate texture. On the this moment I use the full line and am very happy with it. cost of lotion with spf factor 3880 rubles.

Sunscreens for the face

If I understand that I don’t have to walk in the sun for 1.5-2 hours, then I take stronger helpers, for example, LibreDerm Bronzeada SPF 30 sunscreen. The cream has a fairly light texture, absorbs quickly and does not leave stickiness and oily sheen on the skin. It has a slight smell of sunscreen, which, of course, is also a plus. The cost of the cream in the area 700 rubles.

If I go to the park for a long walk in the sun or go on vacation, then Uriage SPF 50 cream becomes my assistant. The cream has a super light texture, mattifying effect and an insanely pleasant aroma. I understand that I won’t get a tan with it, but I can be 100% sure that my skin is protected from ultraviolet radiation. He is already waiting in the wings and is flying with me to sunny Georgia. The cost of the cream in the area 800 rubles.

Sesderma, one of my favorite brands, also has a matte sunscreen. I will leave this cream for July, when I just finish the Artistry care and take it as a replacement as a day cream. Cream cost 2800 rubles.

If you want something more budget, then you can consider Sun Look creams from the Podruzhka store. I have SPF 30 Anti-Age face sunscreen. The cream also has a pleasant aroma, easily and quickly absorbed. I use it for a tattoo on my wrist, it completely suits me. Price 389 rubles.

Sunscreens for the body

I have rather dark skin, so I use protection over 30 only at sea, when I lie and roast in the sun for a long time.

Dry sunscreen sprays have become popular these days. It sounds promising. However, having two analogues available for use, I realized how different they are.

Spray dry Sun Look Sun Look SPF 50 turned out to be not dry at all, but rather an oil with a spray bottle. However, it has an amazing aroma. That's right WOW. But I can only use it at sea, for the city it is oily and greasy. Price 495 rubles.

But his colleague from the Uriage brand - dry haze spray SPF 30 turned out to be gentle and delicate. Almost imperceptible, light-light haze covers the skin, unobtrusive aroma. Very gentle. Already getting ready to jump into my makeup bag in Georgia. Price 1000 rubles.

Well, the classic representative of body sunscreens is LibreDerm Bronzerada SPF 15 for face and body. Moderately dense, with a classic smell of sunscreen, it is easily distributed over the skin and moisturizes it. Price 800 rubles.

All creams except Sesderma are waterproof.

This arsenal of sunscreens is enough for me for the whole summer and 2 vacations. The skin will be completely safe - beautiful, moisturized and protected. Share in the comments what creams have you tried? What are your favorites?

Sunscreens with an SPF of 50 are suitable for those with light to very fair skin - those who often burn.

  • SPF: 50+.
  • Skin type: all types.
  • Filter type: .
  • Producer: Ducray, France.
  • Price: 1280 rubles.
