Although the question was originally more about winter shoes, I nevertheless decided to dwell on all options, both summer and winter. For an example of kits, I will take a basic gray skirt.

Otherwise, all this is perceived the way we perceive security guards in a supermarket, it seems to be a man in a suit, but something is not right here :)

Now let's talk about the rest of the shoes ... about everything that is not pumps. Or boats, but colored, textured or decorated. The main thing that determines the character of the image is the shape of the heel. Let's conditionally divide all shoes into stilettos and a stable heel of a round or square shape.

Stilettos that are not black or beige paired with a pencil skirt, I think, will be more of an accent. Maybe not the brightest, but one of the.
