Christmas tree made from paper napkins. Master class with step by step photos

Master class: "New Year's beauty"

I come with gifts

I shine with bright lights,

smart, funny,

on the New Year I am the main one.

Paper is one of the simplest, most affordable, easily processed materials. We get acquainted with paper products from early childhood.

Depending on the design and purpose of the product, paper is used that differs in thickness, texture, texture and color. Suitable for creativity colored paper, velvet, cardboard, writing and color. And I like working with ordinary paper napkins.

When making gifts for holidays such as, for example, “New Year”, we often think about what to give to the most beloved and dear people in the world. The answer is simple: the most expensive and favorite gift for them, which was made by their child!

Perhaps my Christmas tree will seem very simple to someone, but I want to say that I work with children of 7-8 years old and I need the implementation to be not difficult.

Materials and tools:

· scissors;

a sheet of cardboard (A4 format);

a pencil or felt-tip pen;

· glue stick;

· napkins different colors(main - green);

Manufacturing steps

From a sheet of cardboard we form a bag. We don't glue anything. with a simple pencil draw two lines. First mark the bottom where you want to cut.

The second line marks the edge, to the attachment point.

I would like to point out that the best option using green cardstock. If the filling is not dense enough, defects will not be visible.

As a standard, all napkins are folded four times and look like a square. It is very comfortable. Without unfolding, cut our napkin. We need to get 16 squares from one napkin.

In order for our Christmas tree to turn out more fluffy and the process to be faster, we take two of the prepared squares. We put one on top of the other with offset corners.

We put a pencil in the center (you can use a felt-tip pen, the main thing is that its end part is even and flat). We need to wrap, press our squares to the pencil.

Randomly, without aligning anything.

We carry out the end part on the glue

and immediately press it to a sheet of cardboard.

We gradually continue to fill in our blank, alternating the colors of the napkins, not forgetting that green is the main one.

Although, the children and I made completely red Christmas trees))) It turned out not bad at all! What are you planning for.

Our frame is completely filled.

Now the most crucial moment. This is probably the most difficult thing in this work, but with your help the child will cope. We coat the edge well with glue and carefully fold our “bag”. When the line coincided, press firmly, fixing, hold for 1 minute. We put the Christmas tree on the table and check if there are any defects. If there is, then immediately paste the napkins on the places not covered.

And here is our Christmas tree!

It is very easy to make and takes a couple of evenings to complete. Both the child and the mother will be satisfied.

A guest came to us from the edge - green, at least not a frog.

And not a clubfoot Mishka, even though her hairy paws.

And we cannot understand, what are the needles for?

She is not a seamstress, not a hedgehog, even though she looks like a hedgehog.

Who is fluffy, at least not a chicken, any child should know.

It's time to decorate Christmas trees, and, as you know, there are never too many Christmas trees, especially on New Year's Eve. So today we are making another Christmas tree, which will be a wonderful decoration for the holiday.

For our mini Christmas tree, we used thin tissue paper, napkins or corrugated paper will do.

Materials:
  • Green thick paper or cardboard
  • Toilet paper roll
  • brown paint
  • Green paper of 2 shades cut into squares of approximately 2 x 2 cm (cigarette, crepe (corrugated) paper or napkins)
  • Pencil
  • PVA glue
  • stapler
  • Scissors
  • Materials for decorating the Christmas tree: glitter, sequins, yarn, pom-poms, etc.)

How to do:

1. Cut out a circle from green thick paper diameter 21-25 cm.

2. Cut the circle in half. For one Christmas tree, we will use only one half of the circle.

3. On one side, draw a line from the center of the circle with a pencil - this is an allowance to make it easier to fold the paper into a cone shape. This part will need to be left blank.

4. Cover the rest of the semicircle with crepe paper using the trimming technique: apply glue to part of the semicircle. Put the pencil in the center of the square and wind the paper around the pencil (trimming). Without removing it from the pencil, glue it on a semicircle, and only after that we take out the pencil. Try to glue the trimmings as close to each other as possible so that the base is not visible and the Christmas tree will turn out more magnificent.

5. Completely cover the green semi-circle with crosscuts and let dry. It is better to leave to dry overnight. When the paper is dry, fold into a cone shape and secure with a stapler or glue.

6. Paint your toilet paper roll brown- This is the trunk of a Christmas tree. When the paint dries, make small cuts on one side and bend as in the photo. Spread the bent parts with glue and put on the cone.

7. Now you can decorate the Christmas tree with sequins, sequins, pompoms, beads, etc.

Christmas tree
Lonely grew up
Tree slender in the forest,
I learned cold from a young age
I often saw thunderstorms.
But, leaving the native forest,
The poor tree found
hospitable corner,
Bloomed with new life.
All lit up with lights
All gone into silver
Like she was born again
Moved to a better world.

The history of the Christmas tree
Since childhood, New Year's Eve has been associated with a Christmas tree hung with toys and garlands. It has become a symbol of the holiday and the tradition of putting on New Year holidays this green beauty is passed down from generation to generation.
In ancient times there was a tradition to simply decorate different trees, because people thought that trees were endowed with power and spirits lived in them. Therefore, they coaxed the spirits with decorations, and decorated them with apples, nuts and eggs. The Christmas tree has always occupied a special place among the trees. She was considered the tree of immortality, symbolizing life. Spruce is an evergreen tree, which means that some magic lies in it. Our ancestors thought that the spruce enjoys special privileges from the sun, and it allows it to always be green. In Greece, the Christmas tree was considered sacred tree hope, eternity and all living things. The first decorated Christmas trees appeared in 1605 in France in Alsace. According to the chronicle, a Christmas tree decorated with paper roses, cookies, apples, sugar and tinsel was set up here for the holidays. This great idea was quickly picked up by all of Europe. In Russia, the New Year began to be celebrated since 1700, and Peter I became its initiator. He introduced a new chronology in the likeness of European countries. However, this tradition did not take root, and after the death of the ruler, it was completely forgotten. And it was revived in the time of Catherine, they began to decorate coniferous trees even later - in the second half of the 19th century. And the first Christmas tree was installed in St. Petersburg in 1852.

Progress:

In order to make a cardboard cone, you will need a sheet of cardboard, scissors, a stapler and glue.
It is necessary to roll up a sheet of cardboard in the shape of a horn, fix it with a stapler in several places. Then cut off the extra edges that protrude from the wide part of the cone. The inner edge must be glued. Next, the bottom edge must be cut so that the cone is stable.

It turned out such a cone.

Next, take green crepe paper and cut into squares measuring 2 cm by 2 cm.
You can also take green napkins and cut into squares.

Let's get to the tree itself. Let's start from the bottom of our Christmas tree.
Tightly wrap the square on a stick like this.

Using PVA glue, glue the square to the cone.

In this way, we glue all the squares in rows to the very top tightly, leaving no gaps.

Here we have such a Christmas tree!

Now let's decorate it.
To do this, we cut the red satin ribbon into segments of about 13 - 15 cm and make bows out of them. At the crown we make a bow of a red ribbon 1 cm wide.

The metallized tape, making small scrolls, is glued obliquely to the Christmas tree with a glue gun.

Now we glue a red bow on the top of the Christmas tree, and distribute small bows evenly throughout the Christmas tree.

Here are the Christmas trees we got.

There is very little left before the New Year! Therefore, our lesson will be devoted to the creation of the main New Year's attribute - Christmas trees !!! Let it be small, but with positive energy. And if children are involved in the process, then good mood and bright memories will be provided to everyone for the whole year.

The materials are the most simple and affordable: corrugated paper, cardboard, beads, satin ribbons, PVA glue (for children's creativity) or hot glue gun (for adults).

The base will be a cone, it can be either made of cardboard (for children's creativity) or foam.

So let's start creating Christmas trees from corrugated paper . Consider 3 various options based on a cone.

A fluffy voluminous Christmas tree made of corrugated paper turns out to be completely simple in technology.

Option 1: tree made of corrugated paper petals

1. Cut strips of corrugated paper in the desired shade of color, 2.5-3 cm x 10 cm in size along the corrugation lines.

2. Twist the strip in the middle. Let's fold it in half. Make the “petal” blank convex by stretching both layers of paper in the middle of the petal.

3. Glue the workpieces onto the cone in rows from bottom to top. Each next row should cover the previous one by at least half. "Petals" should be bent outward. Each next row is glued in a checkerboard pattern.

The base of the cone, if necessary, can be closed with a circle of the desired diameter from corrugated paper.

Christmas tree is ready! It can be decorated as you wish.

Option 2: Christmas tree made of corrugated paper "flounces"

For such a Christmas tree, you will additionally need: a thread and a needle.

1. If necessary, close the base of the cone (if the base is a foam cone).

2. From corrugated paper we cut long strips 3-4 cm wide and collect them on a thread.

3. Glue the assembled tape to the cone in a spiral, starting from the bottom.

4. Curved crown can be made with 3mm diameter craft wire. Wrap the top of the paper in a spiral and bend.

5. We glue decorations on the "flounces". And decorate the top with a large bead and ribbons.

"Flounces" can be glued both in a spiral and in rows, alternating colors.

Option 3: Christmas tree made of corrugated paper by trimming

For this version of the Christmas tree, it is more convenient to use a cardboard cone. You will also need a pencil or an empty pen case. With PVA glue, it is better to use a pen case or a light-colored pencil so as not to stain the paper.

1. The paper must first be cut into strips 3 cm wide, and then each strip cut into 3x3 cm squares.

2. Take one square on the index finger of your left hand. AT right hand you have a pencil. Place the blunt part of the pencil in the middle of the paper and scroll through the workpiece, pressing it with your fingers, as if wrapping a pencil around a paper square.

3. Let's start "cutting" our Christmas tree. We dip each “flower” into the glue and put it on the surface of the cone, pressing lightly, remove the rod. I will glue in a spiral, so I immediately outlined the markings on the cone.

You can use one color or make the Christmas tree multi-colored. Fantasize!!!

4. The Christmas tree is ready! Decorations are optional!

Create with pleasure!

I was glad to help!
