A huge octopus, which is located at the very fire exit of one of the buildings of the camp, extends its tentacles above the two-story building. On the wall of another is a flounder, "stuck" to the wall.

But, the most interesting thing is played out on the walls of the building, which served as a dining room for the resting pioneers. There is a storm on the sea, in it there is a swordfish, and next to it is a panther in the mountains and an eagle soaring over all this. Why all this was done in such a special style, no one will probably answer today, one of the versions is that such a type helped in the development of deaf and dumb children.

"SCARLET SAILS" - A COMPREHENSIVE program for the personal development of a child during the holidays. The program is designed for schoolchildren - children from 6 to 18 years old. "SCARLET SAILS" is a NEW COMPLEX author's program of the center for children and youth recreation "Master". Since 2006, the program has been tested in three areas: developing creative, sports and tourism (including water tourism). Since 2010, the program consists of four blocks:

Children are placed in groups according to age and choose one of the blocks for the main activities that take place during the day. CAMP TERRITORY: Children health Camp"Skazochny" (NSO, Iskitimsky district, Burmistrovo village) occupies an area of ​​11 hectares. The camp stands on the edge of a relic pine forest with centuries-old pines. Own heating / water supply system. On the territory there is a separate building of the dining room. Sports grounds. Sandy beach, located 600 meters from the camp. To implement the program in 2010, three play areas are set up on the territory of the camp - a children's "extreme park", a tent camp, and a "primitive village".
ACCOMMODATION: Two three-story buildings with a total capacity of 150 people. Accommodation for 4 people in a room (there are NO bunk beds in the camp!). The room has wardrobes, bedside tables, beds, chairs. Facilities are located on the floor (washbasins, foot washers, toilets, showers). Halls for working with children. In the halls TV, upholstered furniture. In one of the buildings there is a playroom for kids, a gym.
CATERING: Separate dining building. Very high quality and one of the best among the children's camps in the NSO 6 meals a day!
SECURITY: 24-hour licensed security, control over compliance with all the rules for the stay of children in the DOL, all teachers undergo internal training additional to the mandatory. 24-hour medical care (separate medical unit).
For the sports and tourism direction - all classes are held under the guidance of instructors who have access to this type of activity. Swimming lessons and water workshops are conducted by certified water instructors. Classes on sailing catamarans and water trips are held in life jackets. "Fairy Tale" - that was the name of the most extraordinary and unusual pioneer camp of all that I have met. Similar to him or even closely similar in his incarnation, I have not seen anywhere else. I can’t even imagine how to explain such an architectural solution, in the form of a marine theme, in the design of the entire camp. There was an opinion that it somehow helped in the development of deaf and dumb children who spent their pioneer childhood in it. We must pay tribute to the creators of this creation, that in Soviet time were able to move away from the standards and so unusually beautiful / scary, but it is definitely rich in imagination, to bring to life that even after 30 years it looks unrealistically cool. Therefore, the name of the camp, I think, is chosen at the right time, it seems to be frozen in time like a fairy tale ... out of time.

What will be inside? Let's look together. The first building is decorated with an unknown miracle fish and a stele with a pioneer starfish.

Further more. We go to the dining room. There is something to stop and consider in detail: the raging sea, mountains, panther and swordfish, and a huge eagle on the side.

This huge bird carried away the "bad" pioneers in an unknown direction.

There was an irresistible desire to see the eerie surroundings of the former Skazka TV station and take atmospheric photos. Despite the weather, on one of the gray March days, dank and damp, we set off on an unusual journey. We passed the giant tubes of the bobsleigh track, the turn to Dedenevo, and moved straight along the highway to Gorki. The road passed past the cottages perched on the edge of the field, and dived into the forest. In the snow, in the parking lot in front of the main entrance to the police station, there were traces of rough protectors, probably a jeep ... The entrance and the gate turned out to be locked, but right behind the gatehouse with an open book, the sun and a lopsided hypertrophied cloud, a decent hole gaped in the fence mesh ...

Rumors and reality

There are a lot of rumors about Skazka on the net, the most common one is that this place of rest was intended for deaf and dumb children. The KP journalist conducted her own investigation, as a result of which the true owner of the health resort was found out - JSC "Children's Book" and its inhabitants - the most ordinary children of employees of a printing company. In the 90s. the factory went bankrupt, was it before the camp, when the state order dried up, and the workers had nothing to pay their salaries with? And so the camp was left without an owner, until enterprising citizens illegally seized it, realizing that no one needed the collapsing property ...

Magic attraction

On the wet, melted snow, treacherously left prints of our shoes, carefully observing silence, we got to the first (tightly boarded up), and then the second, with broken glass entrance, building.
An oppressive silence reigned around, broken only by a monotonous drop from the roof, a distant crow's voice and the creaking of snow underfoot ... A vile frost with small fragments of ice fell into my face, but I didn’t want to leave ... The tension began to increase even more when we noticed two tall men ... This suggested that the camp was inhabited.
Everything shows that the pioneer life was interrupted here several decades ago, the buildings took the form of shabby, partially demolished abandoned buildings, the territory was overgrown with past and undergrowth, the stamp of desolation is visible on everything. Let's face it, the artistically "outstanding" decoration of the camp buildings, which once brought positive impressions to the children, today brings an unpleasant thrill even to adults.

There is life here!

Having examined most of the territory, we returned to the car and, out of curiosity, drove to the end of the road. It was predictable that she would hit the service gates, which turned out to be wide open. It was in this part of the camp that life flickered: here and there a light burned in the windows, a shepherd dog barked on a leash, a poultry clucked uneasily and flapped its wings in cages ...
Much later, comments appeared on the net where adventurers described how they fell into the clutches of a new owner - a man with a clearly unstable psyche. To intimidate uninvited guests, a police squad is called in, pressure and threats are used, including with a demonstration of trauma and edged weapons ... Children's health camp "Fabulous" has long won its popularity among children and lived up to the expectations of parents. And there are reasons for this. The camp is surrounded by centuries-old pines, one of the most beautiful rivers in Russia - the Ob flows nearby, and the area for carefree fun is as much as 11 hectares!
