Volumetric cardboard star. How to make a three-dimensional Christmas star. Star from book pages

Males should pay particular attention to this work. After all, thanks to simple tricks, the cheapest raw materials and minimal time, you will be able to fulfill your long-standing promise: to give your beloved a star! And may it bring you happiness! Let's start with her.

These little origami stars look beautiful when there are a lot of them, and they are all the same. Therefore, immediately cut a sheet of bright colored paper into thin strips 27 cm long and 1 cm wide. The thinner the paper, the longer the strips should be. For thick paper, 13-15 cm is enough.

Description:

  • Tie a knot at the end of the ribbon. Bend the short tip so that you get a five-pointed outline.

  • Press the short, wrapped end of the tape over the long end and continue winding it almost in a circle. The form itself will tell you the direction. Try to make even turns, without skipping or moving the strip from the previous row. Do not pinch so that our star of happiness is voluminous. But do not loosen it so that it does not fall apart. When the length is over, tuck the tip of the strip into the “pocket” of the previous two turns.

  • Treat every corner. Squeeze the middle of the adjacent sides with two fingers and form an acute angle. The complexity and sharpness of the corner depends on the density of the paper.

Make a lot of these stars of happiness and give it in handfuls.

This asterisk is not as simple as it seems. Production details - see the video.

A real colored five-pointed origami star will be obtained from five modules.

  • Cut the same squares out of paper (3 blue, 2 yellow). Draw a diagonal.

  • Bend opposite corners with the adjacent side to the axis.

  • Turn the piece over.

  • Fold it diagonally.

  • Tuck the bottom corner so that its inner side becomes a continuation of the horizontal. Turn the workpiece over and tuck the second corner as well.

  • Fold the side right side along the drawn axis. Turn the module over and repeat the action.

  • Make 3 such modules from blue paper and 2 from yellow.

  • Place the left yellow horn over the right blue one. Make them hug.

  • To do this, unfold the sides and wrap again over the other horn..

  • Attach three more modules in the same way and the origami star is ready.

Shuriken. Throwing Ninja Star

Stars do not only for beauty. Sometimes they become formidable weapons. For example, shuriken is an iron throwing star, an obligatory attribute of oriental militants. We will make it out of paper according to the scheme shown in the photo.

  • Cut 10 multi-colored squares (2 of each color) of the same size and make modules from each as shown in the photo.

  • Connect them into a star by inserting a corner of one module into the pocket of another. Form a star by laying the segments along the long side in a “mountain” and along the short side in a “valley”.

  • For stability, make a frame from the same modules. Get another one of the same star. Lubricate it from the inside with glue and squeeze along the edges and folds. You get a convex star with flat rays. Place it inside first and glue.

Volumetric paper stars

From these stars you can make a garland for the holiday. The origami technique is used, details are in the video.

To decorate the interior space or a festive event, toy and decorative stars are often used. There are a lot of variations on the theme of creating stars, as well as materials. These are materials, and paper, and foil, and similar improvised things.

Let's talk today about the most common formats for creating stars for the holiday and just for interior decoration. Photo crafts on the theme of a star, schemes, as well as master classes will facilitate this task.

How to make a small paper star

Stars of this type come out small, but in variety they look beautiful and spectacular. To make them, you need glossy or multi-colored paper, as well as scissors.

Initially, special blanks are made: using scissors, cut paper strips required size. Their length and width are selected in accordance with the dimensions of the product being created.

A loop is made from the strip, while the short end should be bent. So, it turns out a figure with five corners, which needs to be pressed a little. It is necessary to turn the product over, performing actions with a longer end.

Using a strip, we make a canvas, wrapping the figure in stages, pressing it to a minimum. There should be about 10 such wraps. The edge must be folded down.

The next stage: we make a star shape from a pentagon. We create rays.

Stars look great in interior design: they are good for filling small containers such as cans or vases. If you do this activity with kids, it will help in training their hand motor skills.

Creating a three-dimensional paper star

Master class on how to make a star with my own hands, will allow you to create original crafts, decorating the interior at your own discretion. So, we offer several options.

Option one

  • From multi-colored paper it is necessary to cut out two squares of the same parameters. Fold one shape on one side, then the second.
  • After that, fold the square diagonally in half twice.
  • Make 4 cuts from the edge directly to the middle of the resulting folds. The folds should be marked with a pencil.
  • Bend all the edges of the figure.
  • Apply glue to the edges of the resulting beams and glue. Half of the craft is ready.
  • Follow the previous steps to make the other half.
  • Apply glue to the inside of the rays, aligning the shapes. The original paper star is ready.

Another idea on how to make a three-dimensional star according to the instructions:

  • Draw rays on paper, print, and then transfer to the required sheet.
  • Bend, following the lines, glue directly along the edge.
  • After that, five templates prepared in advance should be glued together to make a star.
  • The size of the product can be created at your discretion, reducing or increasing the template.

star paper origami

Using templates, schemes for making this type of star, as well as being guided by our recommendations, you will make a great product for interior decoration.

The square sheet must be folded in half, then, bending one of the tops of the triangle. Similar action should be done with the second top of the rectangle.

Another corner of the rectangle must be attached to the intersection of the existing folds. After that, you need to bend the existing rays along the drawn lines. Cut off the remaining tail of the shape. With proper creation of folds, a pentagon will turn out on the side of the turn.

The last stage is considered one of the most difficult. To form a star, you should carefully bend and wrap the existing template along certain lines.

foil star

If you want to know what else you can make a star with your own hands, which is good to decorate Christmas tree, then it is, of course, foil.

Note!

To work, you will need wire, light tinsel, wide and narrow blue tinsel, five blue toys, a ring (3 centimeters in diameter) made of wood, aluminum foil, candy foil, glue, thin wire.

We create a frame from a thick wire, on which it is necessary to wind light tinsel, and thin blue on top. Then the workpiece should be set aside and the main decoration should be made. For these purposes, you need a ring made of plastic or solid, as well as foil wire.

It is necessary to bend the wire in half, and then wind it around the ring. In this case, the ends should be threaded through the loop, tightening. In order to completely braid the ring, 25 wires are needed. After that, the wires placed nearby are twisted and cut so as to align the edges.

Cut out a circle from cardboard and glue the decor to one side. From blue foil, you need to roll 8 pieces of balls that are glued inside the created ring. Turn over and on the reverse side you need to stick a circle of foil on the cardboard blue tint. Decorate it with light foil balls.

On the outer, as well as the inner edges of the created circle, you need to glue blue tinsel. We decorate the central part with wire in the form of a spiral.

Note!

Similar spirals are attached with glue to the balls. of blue color. Glue blue tinsel in the central part. Using a thin wire, we attach the balls to the star, we fasten the decor in the central part.

We cut out stars from their white packaging material and attach them to a huge star with glue. In the middle of all the miserable stars we glue balls made of foil. At the end, using wire, we fix the decor placed in the central part. The ends of the wires need to be twisted a little. The loop should be tied for easy hanging of the toy.

DIY star photo

Note!

Today, we will learn how to make beautiful voluminous stars out of paper that can beautifully decorate some elements of your home. it simple craft, but even here you need to be extremely careful and attentive. Our instructions will help you make voluminous stars correctly and beautifully!

How to make an origami star?

In order to make an asterisk, we need only one strip of paper, 1.1x29 centimeters in size. It is better to take colored paper, or cut it out from some fashion magazine, so the star will turn out to be more attractive and beautiful.

Let's get started!

1. We take the prepared strip and make a small loop on one of the edges.

3. Press the knot with your finger so that it is flat. Now let's see if we got an even pentagon, if not, then we redo it.

4. We wrap the remaining tail to the bottom and wrap it around the resulting pentagon.

5. We turn over our craft.

6 . Hide the tail inside the pentagon.

7. Now, with the remaining strip, we begin to wrap our figure. We wrap it from all sides, and try not to press down the paper too much.

8. We hide the remaining tip of the strip under one of the layers.

9. Now the most important point, the asterisk needs to be made voluminous. To do this, gently press with your fingers on each face of the pentagon in turn until you get what we want.

That's all, our voluminous asterisk is ready!

VIDEO. Origami star.

For Victory Day, you can make a paper craft in the form of a three-dimensional star with your child. It should be made using the origami technique from a simple square red sheet. The finished element can be attached to the front of the postcard, where red carnations and a St. George ribbon should be drawn in advance. Also an integral part of the postcard for May 9 is a congratulatory inscription.

The star that we propose to learn how to make in this master class is not at all difficult to make, it will be necessary to perform a few simple steps according to our step-by-step guide.

Necessary materials:

Star folding steps:

We take a blank in the form of a square sheet of red paper. Fold the bottom half up.

Then you should bend the lower right corner up to the center of the workpiece.

Open and then fold the upper right corner down to the center.

Open the folded corner. We get two diagonal fold lines on the right side.

Then we'll work on the left side. To do this, bend the lower left corner straight to the center of the intersection of the two diagonal lines on the right side.

We return the corner to the left side, creating a fold.

Fold the bottom right side up. Between the right and left parts of the workpiece, you can see a line that goes at an angle.

It is on it that we bend the sides.

We turn the left side into the upper part of the craft.

With a ruler and a pencil, draw a diagonal line that will go from the right side down to the left.

We cut the workpiece along the marked line with scissors.

We turn over. We check the sides so that they are equal to each other. Then the star will have all the same sides. If the dimensions of one of the sides are violated, the length and shape should be immediately corrected with scissors.

We open the workpiece.

To get the beautiful sides of the star, bend the corners.

Paper will perfectly decorate a Christmas tree, a chandelier or a window.
I bring to your attention a photo tutorial on how to make volumetric star from paper. Together we will add two stars from paper modules- six-pointed and seven-pointed.

While I was dealing with the circuit, I got another asterisk of seven modules ( option 2). But more on that below.

In the meantime, take a square sheet of paper. I used squares of colored paper with a side of 8 cm.

Option 1. Six-pointed volume star made of paper

We fold the square in half in the longitudinal and transverse directions.

In the same way, we bend the remaining corners to the point of intersection of the fold lines.

We get the next figure.

Flip it over to the other side. We bend the upper part on both sides, aligning the sides along the horizontal fold line.

We do not push the fold line completely, but only to the vertical line. First on one side.

Similarly, we form a fold on the other side.

And now we bend the bottom part in the same way.

Here's what we should get.

Flip the figure over to the other side. We bend the corners from the center along the existing fold lines.

Repeat all for the bottom.

* We get the next figure. This figurine is common for folding stars. If you add up a seven-pointed star, then go to option 2. To fold a six-pointed star ( option 1), keep adding.

Bend the figure in half along the vertical axis.

And again bend along the horizontal axis. The resulting triangle is placed in this way. We bend the right corner, as shown in the photo.

We unbend. We divide the top into two layers and begin to stretch in different directions.

At the same time, fingers right hand Bend the bottom corner to the left.

We iron the fold lines well.

We get such a module.

If you folded the bottom corner to the left, then the entrance to the pocket is on your right. From the side of the entrance to the pocket, it is necessary to wrap the extreme triangles along the existing fold lines inward. So they will not interfere with the assembly of modules.

On the other hand, straighten the triangles.

To assemble a six-pointed star, we need six modules.

We take two modules. We put one on top of the other. We fill the free corners into pockets.

This is what the two assembled modules look like.

Similarly, we attach the third module.

In order for the star to be hung, we attach to one of the modules a cord made of several folds of thread.

We straighten the module, drip a drop of glue and put a knot of lace.

We complete the assembly of modules. Our six-pointed paper star is ready.

After practicing, you can fold a star out of beautiful wrapping paper.

If something was not clear to you, then you can use the video lesson.

Option 2. Seven-point volume star made of paper

We begin to add the modules of the seven-pointed star in the same way as the modules for the first star ( option 1). We reach ( * ), where we got this figure.

We fold the figure in half not along the vertical axis, as in the first case, but along the horizontal axis.

We bend the side of the triangle to the base on one side and the other. We iron the fold line well, dividing the top of the triangle into two layers.

Now we take the side triangles and stretch the figure in different directions, bending it in half.

Here's what we should get.

From the side of the entrance to the “pocket”, the side triangles along the existing fold lines must be bent inward so that they do not interfere with the assembly of the modules.

This is what the finished module for the seven-pointed star looks like.

In order to assemble a star, seven modules are required.

We take two modules and fill the protruding side corners of one module into the “pockets” of the other.

We well join the modules with each other so that they fit together as best as possible.

We also connect the remaining modules.

Until you get such a seven-pointed three-dimensional star.

In order for the star to be hung on the Christmas tree, we glue a rope loop of the right color into one corner.

You can decorate ready-made stars with beads by gluing them in the center.

Here is such a star turned out of colored wrapping paper.
