Nikolai Lebedev's "CREW" gathered at the Eldar Cinema Club On December 15, the Eldar Cinema Club-Museum hosted a creative evening directed by Nikolai Lebedev called My Crew. The evening was attended by: Vladimir Menshov, Karen Shakhnazarov, Danila Kozlovsky, Ekaterina Guseva, Irina Lachina, Svetlana Ivanova, Alexandra Yakovleva, Janis Lemezhis. "My Crew" was not conceived as an anniversary evening (N. Lebedev recently celebrated his 50th birthday), but everyone congratulated the director, and the atmosphere of the Cinema Club that day was festive. You don’t often hear that one major director does not skimp on laudatory words addressed to a colleague. But this was exactly the performance of Karen Shakhnazarov, the producer of the film "Star". The audience rewarded Vladimir Menshov with warm applause, sincerely, with humor, recalling the shooting in Legend No. 17. Danila Kozlovsky shared with the audience funny stories from the set, actually playing several scenes from the film. Lebedev's favorite actresses Svetlana Ivanova, Irina Lachina, Ekaterina Guseva, Alexander Yakovleva congratulated, sang, and Yakovleva, the star of the first "Crew" of Alexander Mitta, sang a congratulatory song and presented a cake with a figurine of an airplane! The audience was shown a witty video greeting from actor Sergei Kempo. Nikolai Igorevich showed an excerpt from his film about his grandmother, which touched all the spectators in the hall. But the main event of the evening was the singing of Nikolai himself. He sang with his heroines, and in the final he made a splash by performing the famous hit "My way"!

Nikolai Lebedev's first film, The Serpent Spring, filmed in 1997, attracted the attention of the public and the press. It is considered hardly the first psychological thriller in our cinema. In his debut, a young graduate of the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University and screenwriting and film studies in VGIK he discovered extraordinary directing skills, deep psychologism, the ability to keep tension in the frame ...

The subsequent works of the young director (Fan, Star, Wolfhound of the Gray Dogs, etc.) demonstrated a wide range of his interests, a brilliant command of different genres. Back in 2003 he was awarded the State Prize Russian Federation for the film Zvezda, in 2014 he received the State Prize for Legend No. 17. Ekipazh, released this year, also enjoyed great audience success.

Just a couple of weeks ago, Nikolai Lebedev turned 50 years old. Just! He celebrated his birthday while working on a new script.

On December 15, the film club-museum Eldar will host a creative evening of film director and screenwriter Nikolai Lebedev. This is the first evening in the director's life, and we, the Eldar people, are glad that his debut in this genre will take place with us.
