THE TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Before the event:

Pre-registration required.

If you are 8-18 years old, you can start preparing your homework right now, which will bring you additional points at the event: “Summer Adventure Diary” and “Journey to Summer Photograph” (detailed information in Regulations).

And if you decide to prepare a photo work "Journey to Summer", post it on your pages on social networks Vkontakte, Facebook, Instagram with the hashtags #BPStravelsummer #big adventure and #travellaboratory, participate in the on-line photo contest and get memorable prizes (detailed information in ) .

On the day of the event:

On May 19, 2019, come to Sokolniki Park in comfortable bright clothes: red, yellow, orange, green, blue! Don't forget to charge your phones and make sure your balance is positive! Participate in all activities! Let's celebrate summer together!

Schedule:

10.30 - 12.00 - Gathering of participants, registration.

10.30 - 11.45 - Work of the "Homework Fair" site.

10.30 - 11.45 - Interactive game program Summer Journey!

11.45 - 12.30 - Opening ceremony of the Event, welcome speech by the Organizers, lottery draw.

12.30 - Start of the Game, issuance of cards.

12.30 - 16.00 - Opening hours of the distance.

13.30 - 16.30 - Opening hours of the prize distribution point.

The following are invited to the event:

- organized groups participants from government educational institutions, subordinated to the Department of Education and Science of the city of Moscow, consisting of:

7-10 people aged 8 to 18;

Teacher accompanying the group educational organization;

3-4 family members of participants: parent / legal representative / adult close relatives.

Required document: a certified copy of the order to send students to the Event with the obligatory indication in it of the list of participants, date of birth and the person responsible from the educational organization for the life and health of underage participants.

FOR ORGANIZED GROUPS

- individual participants:teenagers aged 14 to 18 (participants are united in a group of up to 10 people, an adult curator joins them);

- family groups: families in the amount of 2 people, in the following composition: parent / legal representative / adult close relative + child. The age of children is from 8 to 18 years.

Spring has come, which means that the already annual walk game with elements of the Big Adventure: the whole family to Sokolniki! international day families. On May 14, 2017, the participants of the quest will have to go through checkpoints located in a Moscow park rich in history, complete tasks to identify physical, tourist and intellectual fitness, receive memorable prizes and, of course, recharge for a long time positive emotions! Grab your moms, dads, grandparents and come all together on Sunday May 14th to Sokolniki Park! Start at 11:00! Day off is not a reason to stay at home!

According to the old good tradition we invite family groups, individual participants, as well as organized groups from educational institutions to participate!

Read the Regulations carefully and you will find out how you can get extra points and what documents you must take with you to the Event!

Family groups: families in the amount of 2 people and more, in the following composition: parent / legal representative / adult older brother or sister + child. The age of children is from 8 to 17 years. Mandatory requirement: a child participating in a family group must be a student of an educational institution in Moscow.

Minor participants without the Consent of parents / legal guardians are not allowed to participate in the Event. Preliminary applications are accepted until the moment of 100% enrollment of the possible number of participants for the Event. Information about the termination of the collection of applications will be posted on the website!
